the Queen Bee

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant and vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition! The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

oh no i forgot what i wanted to say.

i am flooded with work! :O unlike a very free elaine, who has no holiday homework (or so she says)

anyway, loaned GATTACA from the school library today! it looked good, and elaine said so too. i had better finish watching it during the holidays, lest a ferocious elaine slaughters me at school for depriving her the opportunity of borrowing it today.

for the first time ever, i tried peeling the skin off grapes today. i have never really peeled of the skin before eating grapes for as long as i can remember, and it never occurred to me that it was necessary since my mum repeatedly assures me that she has rubbed and washed the grapes properly. However, hong2 lao3 shi1 was telling us on Wednesday about how her neighbour's maid or something peels the skin off grapes and even "digs" the seeds out before her employers son eats them (i think there was something about CUTTING the grapes too- this reminds me of the nanny diaries) and i decided to try it. well, i conclude that it is nearly impossible to peel the skin off completely because it sticks to the bowl, your fingers and the grape. ><

okay, shall end here for now. toodle-doo!
